Careers James Gammack Trust Scholarships WS
  Each year the Trust awards four scholarships to students who intend to study at Lincoln University or the University of Canterbury. Each scholarship is worth $21,000 ($7,000 for each of the first three years the student is at university).

Careers University of Otago Update BA
  Kickstart is an 18 point uni prep course over the summer holidays available to Māori and Pasifika students. Otago has a range of sport related degrees: Physical Education, Sport and Exercise Sciences, Physical Activity and Health, Sport Development and Management and Exercise and Sport Science. Halls of Residence applications open 1st August and the first round closes 30 September. Offers of places go out 7th October and you have 2 weeks to accept. Scholarships open on 1st July and the deadline for applications is 15th August. These results are known 4th October. Paper selections for degrees opens 1st Sept but hold on till the liaison has visited MGS in Term 3. "Hands On Otago" for Year 12s goes live 1st July and there are 400 places. Careers Victoria University Update BA
  There is a new Bachelor of Popoular Music starting at VUW 2025. It combines critical analysis with practical experience. No formal music training required. The new Bachelor of Environment and Society will look at the complex interactions between societies and their environments. Physical Activity and Hauora is a new major in the Bachelor of Health Science. No Maths or Physics is required as entry into the Bachelor of Architectural Studies.

Cultural (Music, Drama, Kapahaka etc) Middleton Music Competition Today MZ
  Kia ora te whanau,

You are warmly invited to come and support today's selection Middleton Music Competition participants. During lunchtime, we will be featuring a number of very talented pianists, and several duos will perform during Interval.

The performances will take place in the Grange Theatre. Please use the upstairs doorway to enter and come in quietly to show respect for the performers and their hard work.

It's a rainy day, so come in out of the rain and enjoy some music!

  The Fagasa Samoan speech competition is next week on the 3rd of July Wednesday and there has been a change of location and time. It will now be on 3rd of July 5PM at St Paul's Trinity Pacific Church on 45 Fitzgerald Ave Christchurch 8011. The topic is Tautua i le alofa manuia le lumana'i - serve with love for a blessed future.
